When planning on opening Eastwood
— a laid-back bar /cafe, with a Middle Eastern vibe, serving fish and chips, falafel and other tasty delights, our client was looking to create a warm welcoming environment, where strangers will become friends.

The idea was to establish “an outdoorsy feel” indoors, replicating an open-air atmosphere evocative of a middle eastern market square, where people play board games, interact and indulge. We were brought in to design and build the tables, chairs and benches, and last but not least: falafel holders. For the table design we suggested our “Quilted Wood” line with specially cut/angled wood pieces to add some visual impact.
